She spends most of her time outdoors, sitting on the very top branches of humongous trees, taking naps there, feeling the wind rush through her hair. When she's up there, with the little squirrels or chipmunks and bird nests, she's home. It doesn't matter where she is, she can feel like she's home again. To her, Mother Earth is almost as dear as her own mother. To get through one of her biggest fear [change], all she needs is a pair of running shoes and a humongous tree to climb after, and she'll be fine.

Her love of nature obviously makes her loathe the destruction of nature of any kind. One time, when she was five, one of her favourite trees was cut down. She cried many, many nights. She couldn't stop thinking about the unhatched eggs that was resting in one of the branches and how heart broken the mother bird will be when she finds out that her babies were killed. Up to this day, she hates anything to do with deforestations, animal cruelty, and many other things. Although it seem almost hypocritical, she doesn't mind eating meat.

When she is forced to be inside, she usually perches on her couch in front of the discovery channel or animal planet. Either that, or she's watering her bonsai tree or just watching the rain from the window. Despite what others may think, she's a very simple girl.

Though she's usually a gentle person, once she has made up her mind, that is it. No one dares to come up against her sense of righteousness, simply because they will lose against her. She cannot tolerate anyone that looks down upon other people just because they possess "greater power". She will not think twice to go up against someone of a "higher power" if she thinks that they are abusing their authority. She is not afraid to speak her mind.

Although she's not very good at making friends, once you are her friend, almost nothing would be able to change that. She is a very loyal and caring person, ideal for a shoulder to cry on, as long as you get pass the awkward first stages of friendship. On a side note, she longs to fall in love. She has seen so many couples walking down the streets and really wishes that one day, she'll become one of them.

- - - - overall history, Emilie was born as a healthy, kicking baby to a quite young and joyous couple. She didn't cause them much trouble, and she was tolerable enough for the couple to have a second baby almost two years later. (She's a March baby, he's December). Together, they were a very close family, inseparable. They all share the love of outdoors, and went on as many camping trips as possible. They love connecting with the nature, and the young couple encouraged their two young children to do the same.

This is how she grew up, along with her little brother, as annoying as they can be. Both of them went to school almost side by side, inseparable. Straight after school, they would go and climb the nearest trees. Em would sing along with the birds while her brother read stories out loud. They would stay there until they see the sun sinking down the horizon, when they jump down the trees and run home where warm supper waited for them. When the school year was over, they would all pack up their things and camp out in the backyard, sleeping underneath the stars.

There was one notable day when Em and Jason ran home, and saw a black van driving away from their house. She wondered who they could be; Usually guests stay over for supper. When they came in, her parents were sitting on the couch, dinner was halfway from being done. That seemed odd to her, she wondered if the sun set a little early today or something. However, it became apparent that the people that drove away earlier on had something very important to say.

As much as it was unbelievable to her ears, the whole reincarnation from a Disney character made some sort of weird sense. She did love the outdoors, but then again so did her brother. She didn't think that it was so out of the ordinary to be able to connect with the animals or plants. Lots of people did it on Animal Planet. Nevertheless, she let the whole thing settle, and decided to go to this Nemare Academy, as much as she hated change.

Her first year went by a little rough, because she didn't seem to be able to be comfortable in her new surroundings. Now that it's her second year, she's getting the hang of it. There are indeed a lot of 'strange' people, though they are delightful. She still misses her little brother and her mothers' suppers, but at least she was able to bring her bonsai tree along with her.
